Idaho’s State Board of Education is looking to fast-track the selection process for the board of trustees for a new community college in Eastern Idaho. The state board of education is less than two weeks away from screening applicants for five boards of trustee positions. The board said they’re rushing the selection of trustees so the new community college can begin operations sooner.  Rick Aman the President of Eastern Idaho Technical College: "Without a board of trustees and without a president it would be difficult to offer courses under the college of eastern Idaho on August 21st."
